Well done to the ladies of the Southwest British Sugarcraft Guild (in Cornwall) who attended and passed the Basic Food Hygiene & Home Bakers course on Saturday. Great to meet you all and good luck with your Cake Businesses. A special thanks to Muriel for hosting the course and especially for the warm welcome to me back down in Cornwall where I grew up.
