Yesterday (22 Mar 18) we ran a Basic Food Hygiene & Home Bakers Course at Henley’s Cake Company, based in Trowbridge, Wiltshire. I would just like to say a big thank you to Hilary Henley for hosting our course.
All the Cake decorators successfully passed the course and have gained their Food Hygiene Certificate, well done ladies.
