Our short Level 1 Catering courses are aimed at imparting awareness and knowledge about food hygiene and safety for those planning a career in catering. Level 1 Manufacturing courses cover an introduction to ensuring students understand good practice for producing safe food.
The second and third levels of these courses become increasingly detailed, building on the knowledge gained at the basic level, preparing learners for achieving the highest possible food hygiene and food safety standards.
